Yoakin lives in the building directly south of Fred. He warns the player about going into the woods due to the threat of bears and wolves.
Once he deems the player strong enough, he’ll make a request to the player, asking to go into the woods and kill Mama Bear as she has been causing problems for people traveling between Cameron and Aston.
