Story
After greeting the player, the Hermit mentions that demons had invaded the forest recently but did not linger for long. They did however affect the once normal spiders making them grow larger and more aggressive resulting in them lusting after human blood instead of insects.
He gives the player a quest to slay the spider queen but warns that she can only be slain by a weapon of sufficient holy strength.

Quest Objectives
To complete this quest, the player must:
- Obtain a level 42 holy weapon,
- Slay the Spider Queen.
Quest Walkthrough
Take your holy weapon you should have saved from swamp beast quest and travel to the stone circle on the east route of the skele ruin. Here at the right time in astonian time you can level it the weapon to 42, which is needed to kill the spider queen. The spider queen is west of the skele ruins.
