Walkthrough

Quest Objectives

To complete this quest, the player must:

• Find the key to the locked bookcase in the Exkordon Library and read the Knowledge of Ages by Ishtar.

Quest Walkthrough

First you need a Lockpick that is a quest reward from Earning the Lockpick. Make your way to the building in the north-western part of Exkordon and use the lockpick to enter. This is the Exkordon Library.

Now you need to find out what colors you need. This is important later on in the quest. You get your colors from specific books. There are five sections to the library and each book you need to read is at the top of each section, in the center and on a table. You also need to get them in order. You need the read the books from the bottom to the top.

If you read the correct book you’ll get something like this “The day the World turn White by Casaldra”. Find the color in the text and make a note of it. In this example the color would be white. The color can be located in the titlr of the authors name.

After you’ve got all your colors head to the top right section and go through the secret door and down the stairs.

When you go around the corner you’ll notice colored tiles on the floor. This is what you need to know your colors for. If your first color is red then you pass over the red tile. The second section needs the second color and so on. If you step on a wrong colored tile you’ll be teleported to the beginning and your colors will have changed so you’ll need to go and find them out again.

Through the quest you’ll encounter level 42 Statues. There are also two level 30+ exploration poles in New World or two orb stands in Old World.

At the end is a level 46 Big Statue that holds the library key. Grab the key and return to the library. You can do so quickly by going back to the last set of colored tiles and stepping on a wrong one.

Once back at the library find the bookcase with bars and use it to receive experience.

• The experience cap for this quest is based on 1/5 of your experience bar. For example, if you complete this quest at level 37 you’ll receive 42,195 experience.
