Story
After examining the first Skull, Gwendylon concludes that there must be another close by. He asks you to inquire at Papa Bear’s Tavern to find out about any other places that are inhabited by skeletons.
At the tavern Terion tells you stories of skeletons that have been wandering around in the western part of the forest. He says that they’ve been seen at the end of the path that leads west directly behind the tavern.
It’s also mentioned that people have gone searching for the skeletons but didn’t find anything due to being too scared to look at night-time.
Walkthrough
Quest Objectives
To complete this quest, the player must:
- Recover the Wood-Skull from the building behind the tavern and return it to Gwendylon.
Quest Walkthrough
Leave Gwendylon’s Tower and head north-east through the village, past Fred and Papa Bear’s Tavern. Once you pass the tavern follow the path north-west that goes along behind it. At the end of the path is a small building with a locked door. To gain access you need to kill the level 2 Skeleton that only comes out between the times of 20:00 and 06:00. If it is a while until the Skeleton will come out the building then you can try using the info channel to ask if any other players have the key.
Once inside the building you need to head down the hole. Underground, you will see lightning balls coming from the far side of the room. Head straight down from where you entered until you see a door, kill the skeleton and go through to the next door, inside here will be two skeletons. Kill the skeleton operating the lightning ball machine.
After you’ve killed the operator head back up to the entrance and down the other side. The skeleton with the Wood-Skull is in the bottom room closest to the lightning ball machine. Once you’ve retrieved it head back to Gwendylon and give it to him.
